Website Updates
There is nothing worse than having a stale website. The best way to keep people coming back to your website is to constantly post new contents. New content can be as simple as a new photo with a caption or as complex as web design to change the look of your website. Allow us to take care of the updates in website and all you need to do is send us an email specifying the page you want to update and document with the content you want to replace it with. If we need further clarification, we will follow up with you regarding the details.
Furthermore, we try to get your website updates completed within a few hours. Our email update hours are from 6:00am to 6:00pm meaning that there is always a web developer available to work on your updates.
General Updates Guidelines:
- News Releases are top priority. Usually completed within the hour depending on complexity.
- General website content website (update content inside the templates) are usually done within the same business day depending on queue to a maximum of 48 hours.
- Web development, template modification, design changes, custom programming, flash animation may take some time with planning, development and testing. May take a week to complete depending on assessment of Project Manager.
Do not compare us to a single freelancer web designer. We have a team who specializes in various positions, who are always available during business hours. The point is that you do not have to hunt us down to get your website updated or get your questions answered.
